Raja Raheel Khanzada is a Dallas–Fort Worth entrepreneur who has spent the last decade building companies from the ground up. He founded 1020 Ventures LLC, a Dallas engineering and permitting firm that takes ground-up developments across Texas from plan review to approval, coordinating civil, structural and MEP engineering, surveying, platting and permit expediting under one team, and delivering full design-build projects for commercial clients.
Alongside the engineering practice, Raheel founded Rolling Ice, a hand-rolled ice cream shop on West Park Row Drive in Arlington that has become a neighborhood favorite. He shares what he has learned about starting and growing a business on his YouTube channel, which focuses on entrepreneurship and how to launch your own company.

An engineering and permitting firm for ground-up development across Texas. One team coordinates every discipline, seals the set, submits it, and carries it through plan review until the permit is in the owner's hand.
Recent projects: a 5.4-acre mixed-use development in Arlington, a ~120,000 sq ft multifamily community in Wichita Falls, and a restaurant, retail and fuel center in West Tawakoni.

Rolling Ice serves made-to-order rolled ice cream in Arlington. Each order is poured, chopped and rolled fresh on a frozen plate while the customer watches, then topped to order.
